Two versions of the S. Wadsworth card, or there would be if I could just find a scan of the Bolton version. I know it exists, can anyone help?

UPDATE (05-07-2022 14:15):  Sam Wadsworth never played for Bolton Wanderers. I presume the team should be Burnley but I need to do some more checking to be sure.

UPDATE (26-07-2022 17:39):  Mike Davies has provided a scan of the Bolton version of the Sam Wadsworth card.
